Upcoming Changes

It's been 4 months now since our launch! We have spent our first months learning, listening, and making future plans. One thing we have noticed is that there has been some confusion with our customizeable options. Every time we release our monthly bag photos, we get a few people wondering why they didnt receive certain items.

Our initial plan was to choose 8-10 items to feature each month, with each subscriber receiving 3-6 of those items based on the options they chose. All bags would be the same value, but not all subscribers would receive the same items.

After our first few months, we have decided to scrap the customization feature. We feel that we will be able to curate enough of a variety each month that our lovely subscribers will be happy with their products, without any disappointment that they didn't receive one of the products offered.

Locally Obsessed will still cater to any allergies and substitute items if required. We won't be changing over until July, as our June bags have some really great kids and pet items! We also have some exciting upcoming plans that will let us feature Kids and Pet products using the Locally Obsessed platform. All of our other categories will remain in the bags.

We think this change will make things easier for everyone, and improve the experience for all of our subscribers :)
