Tropical Vibes with Shayla's Sweet Treats

Lucky Locally Obsessed subscribers who live in Surrey received a very beachy bag in May. I knew that a custom chocolate from Shayla's Sweet Treats would fit right in with the bright, fun, tropical theme.

Shayla's Sweet Treats is a local chocolate company which was established in January 2015, combining a local mom’s passion for candy making with her love of art to create beautiful chocolate masterpieces!

Shayla creates chocolates to match any theme, whether choosing from one of hundreds of molds, or having chocolates hand drawn in almost any colour. She also partners with other local small businesses such as a GlitterPaperScissors party decor to create custom birthday party packages! The average custom chocolate takes 40 minutes to create from start to finish and ranges in price from $1.50-$2.00 each. The chocolates come individually wrapped and tied with ribbon. They last for 3 months and do not need to be refrigerated!
